This is a image of the beautiful Buttermere lakes in the English Lake District. I had to wait four hours for the light to come up past the cloud line to create this very relaxing summer scene. This is a stunning scene that I can wait to photograph again. The drywall with the gate really helps with the composition and draw you into the mountains in the far distance. Hope you enjoy the image as much as I did being there :)

I have education in photography although it was film based back in the 90's, this set up a good foundation.
