As in the title When I went to New Zealand this was, to me, the best spot. Which I thought to be a tad bit strange seeing as I am a landscape photographer surrounded by mountains, lakes and incredible views! the water here was something I have never seen before, it was so clean and colourful! We spent a whole day here and I wished we spent longer it was so relaxing. I was in such a rush to get to the south Island (this shot was on the north) yet at that very moment was to be the best place throughout the trip. It was so relaxing and peaceful and NO SANDFLY'S unlike the south. I did go for a swim and it was perfect. It really brought home how we need to radically stop with our carnage to this incredible Earth and to loos such a treasure is irresponsible. Just hope the colours come OK here on the preview of fine art america.
